THE FOLLOWING CONTEST IS OFFERED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("D.C."). VOID ELSEWHERE AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED. DO NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST IF YOU WERE NOT EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF June 7th, 2009, AND A LEGAL RESIDENT OF AND CURRENTLY RESIDING IN ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR D.C. THIS CONTEST WILL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW.

Sponsor as used herein is Calworth Glenford LLC and shall include its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, members, directors, employees, agents and assigns.

Entrants as used herein is anyone lawfully entering a written or video testimonial or case study submission. If more than one Entrant is on a video or in a case study or testimonial, these Rules apply to each of them. Entrants must be at least 18 years old.

Contest as used herein is a competition for awarding up to five Flip Video cameras to those case studies or testimonials that, in Sponsor's sole, final and complete discretion, are the "best".

Entry is the original work that Entrant submits, whether in audio, video, text, hardcopy or other media.

1. Entrants agree that Sponsor has no liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind, or liability for them, as a result of Contest, or prizes awarded in Contest.

2. Entrants agree to only submit Entry that Entrant has created as fully original works, and have full rights to. Entrants agree that in consideration for right to win Contest, Entrant release to Sponser use of any Entry, whether winning or not, including likeness, photograph, video imagery, screen name and hometown, and prize information (if it is a winning entry), now and forever, at no further consideration. Entrants expressly agree that Sponsor may edit, modify, re-post, re-package, re-use, in whole or in part, any of the Entry.

3. Entrants will post text testimonials on Sponsor's designated blog. Then after Sponsor awards the winners, the winners will receive a Flip Video camera, and agree to promptly film a video testimonial and to upload that to Youtube. Entrants are free to keep the Flip Video camera and grant Sponsor access to the video as Sponsor's intellectual property.

4. Winners are solely responsible for paying taxes on any prize.

5. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole option to cancel or modify this Contest. Sponsor may judge Entries in any manner it chooses.

6. All issues and questions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Virginia, county of Fairfax. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

7. For the names of the prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Calworth Glenford LLC Winners List, 4120 Leonard Dr., Fairfax, VA 22030. Requests must be received by July 30, 2009. Winners list will be sent after all winners have been verified.

8. Prizes will be shipped to Entrants within 30 days from end of Contest.If Prizes are not accepted or are returned by the common carrier as undeliverable, then Sponsor may award that prize to a different winner and may void the first winner.
