Should you stop making your mortgage payments?
This video talks about paying your mortgage payment when it is very hard to do — and when you are upside down, maxing out credit cards, tapping into credit lines to pay it. Is it really worth it to keep struggling to make yet another payment on a house that is "upside down" and that you can't afford anyway?

As far fetched as it might seem, one solution might be to get extremely aggressive about generating additional income to make those high payments… At least while you're waiting for a short sale to actually happen. No matter what, you're going to need more money in this economy. Ray
