questions and concerns

Hi, real quick, Monday we are doing one last telephone conference call at 8:00pm for those who missed the one we did Thursday.

About lowering your mortgage without refinancing and slashing credit card debt without bankruptcy while improving your credit, buying in today's tough climate with no money down and without using personal credit. And about how to do short sale so you sell your house even though you owe more than the mortgage.

People have particular situations like second mortgages and deed in lieu of foreclosure and lots of other stuff. So Monday's call can cover some more of your questions.

(Meanwhile, if you want to listen to the call we did on December 6, Thursday,  you can click here and listen right now. The call can stream to your computer or you can download it to your iPod or listen on Windows Media Player.)

Okay, the interactive call coming up on Monday, here's the info:

When: Monday December 10th at 8:00pm (that's 5:00pm for you on the West Coast)

Dial in to 1-218-486-1300

Then dial in the conference number which is 468308

Maximum 246 callers. This call will let you raise your hand by punching in a code and asking questions and it is live. We had some folks who said they couldn't get in on Thursday, so dial in a few minutes early to make sure you get a spot.

And since the Thursday call people have had some questions and concerns and I thought I'd answer them real quick.

Concern#1 is that folks have so many different financial issues…how can the Mortgage Relief Formula address all those different situations?

Answer:

Mortgage Relief Formula has different parts to it. It goes into detail on getting your lender to agree to modify your loan and give you lower payments without refinancing, and also short sales, how to sell your home in nine days, how to clear up credit card and unsecured debt via settling instead of bankruptcy (and improving your credit in the process), and buying with little or no money down. They are all covered in detail so you can follow the formulas and actually get going on things yourself.

Concern #2 is that folks wonder about ongoing help. How can we provide ongoing help to all the people who want the Mortgage Relief Formula?

Answer:

We are only working with 300 maximum. I won't launch the Mortgage Relief Formula to the general public until I am satisfied that I have the support angle covered so for now, it's only the first 300 home trials. I hope everyone who wants one can order but the list of folks is pretty long so I am not so sure.

Concern #3: How soon can you get Mortgage Relief Formula and start actually getting some benefit? I've got a lot of folks asking how they order.

Answer:

You can order starting Monday at 9:00pm until we either have 300 home trials ordered, or until Saturday at 9:00pm.

The cost is only $17.97 for shipping and handling and it goes out same day if you order by noon my time (East Coast). I have posted details here:

tom @ 10:45 am:

I have a home that I am behin on the payments for. I have poeple living in the house and they are interested in buying the home. It is not worth what the mortgage is and I was wondering if when you do a quick sale if the mortgage companies settle out on the mortgage?

Sure, that would be practical. Do it this way:

1. Get the renters to fill in a purchase agreement. They also have to be able to get financing. A "pre approval" letter from a lender.

2. Then present a complete short sale package to the lender (or lenders). Negotiate with them. You already have a buyer, presuming they qualify for financing, and you could have a quick short sale, possibly.
