Platinum Inner Circle Coaching Enrollment Form

Yes, I am enrolling in the Platinum Inner Circle Coaching program with Calworth Glenford, LLC ("CG") and I agree to these terms and conditions. "CG" includes Calworth Glenford, LLC, and its owners, members, officers, agents, contractors and assigns.
What this is not about. I agree that I am getting help for running my own business, either consulting, loss mitigation, real estate investment and speculation, brokerage, or other form of self employment or business. CG is not providing legal or financial or legal advice, nor engaging in the business of foreclosure consulting, nor enaging in real estate brokerage or other regulated business.
No respresentations. I agree that CG nor its coaches or suppliers have made any oral or written representations to me that I will achieve any given earnings level, or that what I am doing is legal or ethical, or that I will be able to procure properties or deals in a given manner, at a profit, or within a certain period of time. I am not relying upon any such representations.
Hold Harmless and Liquidated Damages. I am solely responsible for the outcome of my business. I agree to hold CG and its coaches harmless from any claims for damages that may result, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages. I covenant and agree not to sue CG or its agents, and that in event I incur damages as a result of this program, any damages shall be limited to the amount I have paid to CG which shall be treated as liquidated damages.
Non Refundable. I understand that coaching fees are non-refundable.
Release for commercial purposes. I understand that coaching conference calls, meetings and conversations may be recorded and may be used for commercial purposes. I forever release CG to use these recordings without further consideration by me.
Consulting period. Consulting period starts with enrollment and continues for a 30 day period. It automatically renews for successive 30 day periods until either I or CG cancel.
Services. Consulting services include access to Richard Geller or a coach for help and assistance during the consulting period. I understand and agree that coaches may not be available at all times and I agree to make accomodations in my schedule to have access to them.
Disclaimer. THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH CG MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR ERRORS. NEITHER CG NOR ITS COACHES ARE LEGAL OR FINANCIAL PROFESSIONALS, NOR LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENTS. AT ANY TIME. ADVICE RECEIVED FROM CG OR ITS COACHES SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR PERSONAL, LEGAL OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS AND YOU SHOULD CONSULT AN APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONAL FOR SPECIFIC ADVICE TAILORED TO YOUR SITUATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. CG AND ITS COACHES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CG AND/OR ITS COACHES AND/OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR DIMINUTION OF VALUE, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE OF CG OR ITS COACHES OR SUPPLIERS TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH CG OR ITS COACHES OR SUPPLIERS, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF CG WEBSITE, SERVICES, COACHES OR CUPPLIERS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF CG OR ANY OF ITS COACHES OR SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
