Yes, I am enrolling in the nine day house sale coaching program and I agree to these terms and conditions. "CG" includes Calworth Glenford, LLC, and its owners, members, officers, agents, contractors and assigns.
Not conducting real estate brokerage. I agree that I am getting consulting help and that neither the coaches nor CG are engaging in the business of real estate brokerage.
No respresentations. I agree that CG nor its coaches or suppliers have made any oral or written representations to me that I will get a certain price for my property, or that it will sell within a certain period of time. I am not relying upon any such representations.
Hold Harmless and Liquidated Damages. I am solely responsible for the outcome of my property sale. I agree to hold CG and its coaches harmless from any claims for damages that may result, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages. I covenant and agree not to sue CG or its agents, and that in event I incur damages as a result of this program, any damages shall be limited to the amount I have paid to CG which shall be treated as liquidated damages.
Money back guarantee. I understand that I may get a full refund of money that I have paid for consulting during the consulting period and ten days afterwards. I understand that this refund only applies to fees paid to CG and not to other expenses I may have incurred.
Consulting period. Consulting period starts with enrollment. It continues through one nine day sale period and to the point where a purchase agreement is entered into between myself and a prospective buyer, or fourteen days after the end of the nine day sale period, whichever comes first. Consulting terminates in any event in 60 days. CG may terminate consulting at its option by notifying me and providing me with a full refund.
Services. Consulting services include access to a coach for telephone calls and email assistance during the consulting period. I understand and agree that coaches may not be available at all times and I agree to make accomodations in my schedule to have access to them.
