My son in is in default of mortgage loan. Home is scheduled to go into foreclosure 16 Dec. He will talk with Lender on Monday to see if they will restructure or modify loan.

In the meanwhile, we are trying to catch up on payments.

He has an ARM; interest rate started at 7% and now after 2 yrs, it's 11%.

Help if you can.
