Wordpress is completely free. I suggest you host your own Wordpress and for that you need a hosting service.

For registering your domains, I recommend:

Since you will be doing videos, I suggest you use Youtube but if you want to have more control over who can see the videos, then use:

Viddler.com

Either Viddler or Youtube can be embedded into your Wordpress site.
