The nine day house sale method is well kept secret. But it shouldn't be. I not only teach it, I hold your hand while you learn it. I have experts available such as Lee McKinley who has done over 60 of these including many short sales.
The neat thing about the nine day house sale method is that it works and it satisfies the lender that you have exposed the house to the market. How could you not make a fortune this year if you sell a house every week? When your colleagues are leaving the business because it is too tough for them?
Obviously you have to do things differently. The nine day house sale method doesn't use the MLS and doesn't use the conventional method of putting a house on the market. It is proven to work time and time again. Once you've done a few I would love to feed you leads because I have a lot of people who need this done. I can't in good conscience refer sellers to brokers who will do things the typical way that worked in 2005 but doesn't work in 2008.

Have you had any success with sales in the midwest - specifically Kansas and Missouri?
We tried on several occassions to do the famous 5 day sale, and frankly, buyers out here are just not ready for that type of format. They were very confused, and the sales just didn't work out - even though we followed the format to a tee.
I'd be very interested in this method if it could work out here!
