Using Facebook and Remaining Private

I'm a big fan of Facebook and Twitter. Why?

Because you can meet people you wouldn't otherwise meet. And learn from many folks you wouldn't learn from.

Facebook and Twitter are like a big party. I am indebted to my friend Perry Belcher for making this clear to me. It's a party and you can hover around and listen to folks talk or you can get into a conversation if you want to.

You can restrict the party to just close family and friends, but what I do is reach out and build a big party. A network of friends and associates from all over.

One concern people have on Facebook is how private their information is.

I have the Gell-dog's Judge and Jury rule:

I never post anything on the web that I wouldn't be okay with reading to a judge and jury. We all have little secrets, like the girl we secretly liked in elementary school, Susan C., no wait, I don't want to tell you about that.

But aside from that, you can control what information you put out about yourself that others can look at. I

I made this short video to show you how I do it and you can make your own decisions. Either way, find me on Facebook by doing a quick search of Richard Geller. I am also on Twitter, by the way, richardgeller is the name of my Twitter account.

I found this helpful thank you Richard. I have always been wary of it attracting odd balls and like to protect my privacy. I would like to network with more people as I have some excellent information on real estate - especially benefits of international real estate being a native of the UK but now living in Florida. I am just working on my website and looking at Twitter etc., to help people. I will get my facebook up and add you as a friend! Thanks again, Wendy

Thank you, Wendy, look forward to communicating with you on Facebook and good luck with your venture.

Thanks, Richard, for taking the time to introduce me to Facebook. I have never been interested in setting up a social network online but I do see some value in it. Also, I was concern but privacy and your short demonstration demonstrated how it can be managed with ease. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for your kind comment, Don. I know a lot of folks are interested in this but have the same concern so that's why I made this video.

I would like to know how to buy a house with bad credit

I have a course on it on Buying with Bad Credit and it is easy to do. You find a house you like, that has a loan on it that is close to what the house is worth. You take title "subject to" the existing loan. That's all there is to it. The course explains how to find such houses and do the deals in more detail.
