Richard, how are you,,, well i noticed that you are versed on short sales as well, I'm a Realtor here in Orlando Florida and I kick ass in the short sale business i'm proud to tell you that since jan 2008 i have closed over 100 short sales both for my listings as well as negotiating for other Realtors here in the area. I'm also proud to say that i cost the banks almost 10m and saved a lot homeowners from foreclosure. No i bought your course because i found out that most of my clients have huge credit card debt . I need to find a way to make money on that too , my question is do i need any license to negotiate credit card debt ? if so how do i get it.. please fell free to contact me via email or via phone . Wow, thanks for posting! There is a federal statute and various state statutes that regulate negotiating debts for people.
