Purchased your 9 day short sale to add to my information. I am putting together a Company to try and cover all the basis. Loan Mods, Forensic Audits, Short Sales, and REOs. Along with a Mortgage Co and A real Estate Co. I should have the basis covered. Any info you may be able to provede to supplement and train people would be appreciated.
