Richard,

I spoke and bought your course several months back. I imagine business has been brisk. I thought the material was very good and a great value. I enjoyed the CD's. We spoke before about the affiliate program you have. Can you remind me again of the commission you pay per purchase of your course? Thanks Terry

Richard Geller @ 7:43 am:

50% on your sales 10% on any sales of affiliates you bring in Paid on the initial cost of the course (not shipping and handling, or monthly subscription)

hi Richard, I don't know if I you can help me. I have a loan fora short sale under review @countrywide for 10 weeks. We have called daily,as much as 3 times a day plus our broker and friends.Given them bank statements,a budge of how we spend our money.( I assume to see if we still qualify for hardship.) They finally agreed to accpt our claim if we sign a note(sellers) for $5,000 @ $149 to approve. Sounds illegal or immoral ,so we declined.
Wiould like to become an affiliate. Because no where have read such information
many pretenders, but no real info. Plus my background was in credit plus my personal background in credit where I beat 4 collection agenies.YEAH!
looking to hear from you.

HI, I am interested in your program, I have a question for you on the loan modification program. I heard that in order to receive any up front fee you need to be licensed unless you are an attorny. Otherwise you can only collect a fee when the loan modification has been made by the lender. Can you shed any light on this. I reside in Central California.

Richard:

Ive noted that you have Ca. based clients who may have trouble with the issues of collecting up front fees if they are not DRE brokers or attorneys. Some, if not all, may want to be in compliance of this rule, and still get the job done for their clients that need the services of a loan mod firm or an attorney directed firm. I would like to suggest that we have a fully operational system, for forensic loan mods, and regular loan mods, that is strict compliance with the CA law. We offer the services direct to consumers, of course, and at the same time we are seeking out trained ( in your case, many of your students) individuals who need a firm to work with them, and stay within the letter of the law. I believe the Ca market is in need of good, quality operations that handle large volumes of business and get the performance that is needed for clients.

Your student clients may have an option here. They may have the ability to direct their business, and paperwork to an attorney lead firm and still make good fortunes in this exploding business. Please send me an email if you would like to discuss this arrangements that can be offered to your students. We have offices in Orange County, LA County, Kern County and in Northern California. We are expanding our reach to help as many clients as we can. I will sign up for your course and review the information this week to keep up with all the new information. I look forward to a discussion.

Kind Regards
J Escobar

Mr. Geller,

As soon as I get more financially stable I plan to purchase your programs. I watched a few of your video messages and saw the real value in what you were saying. I will be in touch.

HI, Richard - I have your program and I have been doing loan mod for a while now. I think I am ready to share your program as an affiliate. I do believe we can have good business using your programs. I have not done your 7-day sale, as a realtor. any comment, I appreciate. I feel diasavantaged that I do not have the financial ability to buy directly(wholesale) my listings before I actually list them I already knew if my sellers are just looking to get out of the situation-I would like to buy them out right away as an investor and then wholesale them-any comment? Ethel 203-410-6676

I do have a comment. You should consider a short sale flip. Because they are not that hard once you've done a few short sales and you can make a lot more money doing those. A lot of folks who want a loan mod will get the mod and then decide that they want out. Or they won't qualify for a mod. So it makes sense to get into the short sale flip.
