Subprime mortgages Not Being Done

Subprime mortgages are so last year. According to the Houston Chronicle, they fell in half, to 10% of all loans being originated, from almost 20%, in the first half of 2007.

What that means is this. Your chances of getting a subprime loan today are almost nil. So that removes a lot of buyers who would otherwise be out there looking for your house.

If you are selling a house, the news keeps getting worse.

I have developed the Mortgage Relief Formula and I work with hundreds of homeowners and many are making the mistake of thinking it will be better next year.

If you can, sell now. Even if you can't get your price. More and more buyers are not able to get funding and this market has always been a creature of credit creation. As goes the credit, so go the buyers.
