Hi Richard,
I have found a company in California which says they can do the "Loss Mitigation" Process but they charge a fee up front,,,, Their name is M—- Ca—– not too sure about them as I am in GA but my home are in trouble at the moment and I sought them out for help…Yes it has been 2 months and I still havent seen any help and I paid them One Mortgage payment for each property…I think I would have been better off doing it my self….. I need help where and what should I go and do from here ?

I've done so much research myself on these "other companies" and wasted enough money on their so called "training programs", that I can't wait to get on board with an organization that you have determined to be doing things the RIGHT way. Do you know of any Software that can help get the process started
and determine if someone might qualify for a Modification?
