Hi richard I got a question I am doing short sales for 3 of my clients. one of them call me and say that she want to cancel the short sale. but I ready sent everyting to the lender they ready approve the short sale I am trying to get a lower price approval they say they going to send a 2 nd bpo. my client say that she ready pay somebody 3000 to do a loan modification she was on disabilti for the last year she just star to work eguein she just making 1400 per month I explain to her that is not possible but she said that she ready signed to the other company to do a loan modi she still has contract with me and she know that we have a offer signed by her and now the lender say that I need to send a new financial sheet prove of income. the fair market value is about 165000. my other client pays 2500 for a loan modi I really dont know how that "company is going to doit he pay for her house 630,000 and he is making only 28.000 per year, and fair market value is around 350.000 the lender ready say no and the "company say that they have to try eguein when the loan reset in a couple months. please do realy tink that is posible?? please I am goint to be waiting for you advised sissy.sorry about my english
Hi Sissy, I think I answered this for you either privately or on the private members-only forum, can't remember.
On the loan mod as you describe it, I think you are right. I seriously doubt the lender will approve the loan mod because the income is much too low.
There are a lot of folks out there who will try to collect fees from gullible homeowners who are looking to stay in their homes. But if it is hopeless, then it is hopeless.
