How to Avoid Bankruptcy

This article is personal and I've never shared this about bankruptcy before

I almost didn't post this for the world to see.

It contains information about my past that I used to find highly embarrassing.

Now I am more interested in sharing with you, so you can learn from my mistakes even at the cost of looking like a fool or, worse, like a crook.

This video reveals

  • How I came close to bankruptcy twice
  • How one time, I had 40 people suing me
  • How I settled with them, and why I settled
  • How you can get a chapter 7 discharge instead of a chapter 13 payment plan
  • Why you may want to go for a chapter 13 instead
  • How 90% of people who file for bankruptcy protection would be better off if they hadn't filed
  • Why it is a lot better to settle debts using the Dimes on the Dollar method instead of filing for bankruptcy in most cases
  • What the lawyers won't tell you, but should, about bankruptcy

Even if you aren't interested in filing yourself, don't you want to know this stuff so when a family member or client is in deep trouble you can help them make important decisions?

Get the Flash Player to see this player.

Remember, I am not a lawyer. I am just some Guy on the Internet. Don't listen to me or anyone else. Research for yourself. Make your own decisions and don't blame me for the consequences. Thanks for listening and watching the video.

Lin @ 5:13 pm:

This is an inspiring video. I always read your emails and I'm glad I took the time to watch this video.

Donald Trump is also in that famous list of people who've filed bankruptcy. What I like about what you teach is it adds to one's financial education in a way that makes any of us like the illustrious heroes above –in other words, bouncing back bigger and better than ever.

In other words, what you teach is bankruptcy (or not) for WINNERS. Gold medal for you!
