How New Loan Servicing Rules Spell a Goldmine For People Looking to Make More Money in Real Estate
The big problem with loan modifications and short sales has been that the loan servicers are slow, understaffed and did I say sloooooow?

The Realtor sells the property and you do the short sale negotiation. No, you do not have to be licensed in most places but check the local laws and rules first as I can't do that for you.
You can also use this type of information to work things out for yourself. You need to know what's going on. You need to have information that the lenders would prefer you didn't have. Then you can get yourself out of a financial mess and help others while you are helping yourself.
