Thanks for the feedback. I wonder what is wrong. I am using Google Videos for this one. I sometimes host them on Amazon but I thought Google Video was good. What is breaking down exactly? Thanks

After starting and skipping,your vidio stops at about 1:24; the rest is audio, is that the way was meant to be? Lacks continuity.

 

I made this before I left for California and can't fix it. But YES, it is audio only after the brief intro. A fascinating interview with John on the 9 Day House Sale.

Hi Richard. I try last weekend you 9 day sale. This listing has been on market forever 8 months what happen 6 monts ago then done a bpo with a unrealistic price. and a contac person with no expecience, The 1 Bpo came to 450,000
when prices on the area was for 360,000-380,000, The asking was 369,000 .So I sent a fair offer for 340,000. they say no then they close my file. then I get more information on the website. I keep calling them until I find somebody able to help me . then I find out about your program so I request a 2nd bpo course tanks to you I was able to get a lower price. was to late the buyers call to cancel. last weekend. I lower the price 40 % wow the cell was ringing for days I got 12 offers the last one for 200,000 cash. I hope I can the get the approval from the bank, I let you know as soon I call them.The 2nd Bpo came 315,000, I put on the maket for 199,999
The best offer 340,000. please help me to get the approval.
Lesson I star to getting Approval in olmost all my short sales.Tank so much Richard. but I got another question I got the Approval on another short sale, what happen the escrow forgot about the suplemental taxis and unpaid taxis. they ready send me the approval so whats going to happen with the taxis? shoul I call to let the lender know about it and send a new hud???.
Another question. I' am trying to do a loan modification on my own house I ready spoke with the the bank course they ask me for a financial sheet I ready send it . 1 months ago, they aks me for 4,300 I did . and they say to keep doing the payment for the next 3 months, then they going to contack me for the loan modification.but now I was waiting to close at leat 2 escrows this month.one they call to cancel and the other one fell off from escrow. I expect to close at least a couple escrows next month. Now I dont have money for the second payment, my husband is still working, I' am going to send a new financial sheet with my new payment and new com's I hope that works My lender is ASC and have only 1 loan. I know that I got a lot questions. I really need you advise .I know your are not a attorney just a guy who know one thing or tree.

the next question I just get the approval on a diferent short sale but my clients dont pay the the propety taxts for 1 year and half thats an extra 7,800 what is supose that I have to do next??
