Mortgage Debt Settlement
It's so easy to settle credit card debt and mortgage debt — should you feel guilty?
Using my methods it is easy to do mortgage short sales and to get out of credit card debt.
Even deficiency judgments are easy to deal with.
So should you feel guilty about settling your debts and not doing "the right thing"?
This video shows you how mortgage debt and credit card debt is created and it is different from money you owe Mom or your Aunt Mabel.
It also details a specific way you can get out of debt and start saving money — something that I haven't seen anywhere else.
Feel free to comment and I am so glad to get this information out there. It is important that people understand what they are trying to do to us — everything about what you read in the newspaper and see on TV is "debt is good", and "we have to get the consumer spending again."
This is so much tripe it just makes me sick.
How can spending more money and making crushing interest payments be good for you, let alone the economy?
Remember that I'm just some Guy on the Internet trying to do the best I can. Don't take my stuff as investment advice or telling you what to do legally or anything else. Thank God we still have freedom of speech in this country. I am just exercising my right of free speech. I hope you get something out of this video.

Hey Mr Gellar, Great information, My name is Mark Holman and I live in a four season mountain community in California.I technically will be starting a new program purcahsing short sales. It requries me to find the short sale and when I do I send it over to the main office and let them deal with the short sale process. While that is going on, I then advertise the property to rent while it goes thru the short sale process. So I'm cash flowing the rent and when the property is closed with the short sale process I'll collect 50% of the profits. Not sure If I'm doing the right thing but desperate and broke. I need to make cash NOW. Like yestarday………….. Is there in any way your course could possibly help me out in this area. Not sure if you heard about him but I've also gone through Tom Butler's short sale magic course but never went through with it, because I forgot to metion that I'm currently flat broke, Starting to owe on child support and about$100,000 in debt any ideas or help . Thank You Mark Holman
Hi Mark, thanks for posting your comment. I don't fully understand the work you describe. But it sounds like it has the potential to be unfair to the lenders because this company is collecting rent but not paying on the loan. That is not only unethical but can be illegal in certain circumstances. I am really sorry about your financial difficulties. My idea is to find a way to be of great service to other people and collect money in proportion to that service. I would get my real estate license if I wasn't doing what I am doing, and I'd do 9 Day House Sales and short sale negotiation and I'd make a fortune today. Anyone can do it. I wouldn't look for magic though. It does take a combination of knowledge (like from my course) and hard work.

Richard, I'm sure in your list, you probably have gotten this comment form a few hundred(?) other people: How can you make a statement like that without sharing the details??? How did you get rid of your asthma??? A 'non-conventional' treatment no doubt, becuase the conventional MDs will tell you it's not possible to cure asthma. Forget that they have a vested interest in having people on inhalers for a life time. There's really very little I would like to do more than toss out my inhaler. Please share the details? Thanks, Steve Pawera
Hi, I didn't get the question from many people, don't know why. Too good to be true I suppose. I will email you details privately.
regards

Richard,
I'm intrigued by everything you discuss. Also, I have had asthma for 30 years so I would love to know of the "quick fix" for this as well. I'm in a bit of a debt/mortgage mess so I am excited to buy your program. I guess it is extremely popular because I have been trying to buy it for a week now and it is "out of stock."
Thanks!
Marla
