I want to order the "How to buy a house with bad credit" and "How to settle 2nd Liens, and Helocs with the bank for $0.20 cents on the dollar".
I really know how to work the credit card company's but I am looking for forms and information as to how I can cgarge 0.20 cents on the dollar for a borrower, and they pay me I put in a trust account. Now anything I negotiate with the bank that would be less the 0.20 I get the rest of the net proceeds the borrower already paid for, and settled the dept on there second liens with the bank. So I know all legal stuff for a bank account as my husband is an Laywer, but I need forms and info on how to work things out with borrowers and the protocol to use with your forms, or do you have forms?
I also have my husband thinking on working with me doing loan audits for borrowers I can't help on a loan mod….Do you have this and how much is the cost?
